It is not possible to enter an undergraduate program at RGU after the 11th grade. In United Kingdom, school education lasts longer than 11 years, so applicants need to complete one of the preparatory programs (A-Levels, IB, Foundation, etc.), or study for a year at a university in their home country. You can apply for an undergraduate program at RGU if you have a good academic record and a GPA of at least 2.2. Before applying, you need to pass the IELTS, PTE or TOEFL exam.
