Polytechnic University of the Valley of Mexico (UPVM) — public non-profit university. It is located in Tultitlan, Mexico. The higher education institution was founded not so long ago — in 2004 — which is why it is considered one of the youngest in the country. The campus of the educational institution is located in Tultitlan.
