About UBB
Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB) — public non-profit university. It is located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. As a part of European University Association (EUA), UBB is actively building the academic environment in Romania.
QS World University Rankings collects data on the best institutions in the world, according to which UBB is on top-800. The educational institution is in the top-1000 of Times Higher Education World University Ranking.

As in many other universities in the country, the academic calendar at UBB is divided into two semesters. But for convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. One year of studying at UBB will cost local citizens a minimum of 539 USD. For foreigners, the tuition fee is different — from 2,818 USD per year. With the help of financial support programs, students can partially or fully cover the cost of education. The campus of UBB is located in Cluj-Napoca. This is a fairly large city that opens up many opportunities for students: from cafes, restaurants and other entertainment to internships at large companies. But an urban campus can also be a disadvantage, because big city life distracts some students from their studies. University students have access to the library. It contains a collection of scientific papers, textbooks and fiction.
