University of applied sciences of Utrecht (HU) — public non-profit university. It is located in Utrecht, Netherlands. The higher education institution was founded not so long ago — in 1995.
HU offers bachelor and master programs in different fields of study.
As in many other universities in the country, the academic calendar at HU is divided into two semesters. But for convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. One year of studying at HU will cost local citizens a minimum of 1,163 USD. For foreigners, the tuition fee is different — from 8,116 USD per year. The educational institution has a suburban campus. This means that students study close to a big city and can quickly get to it by public transport. At the same time, this location allows you to create a close-knit student community, since all events are held on campus. University students have access to the library. It contains a collection of scientific papers, textbooks and fiction. Thanks to international exchange programs at HU, students can communicate with representatives of different countries and nationalities and thus expand their own horizons. And, the university contributes to this by regularly holding joint events for local and foreign students.
