The Site is owned and operated by UniPage LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA ("UniPage," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, submitting an application, or utilizing any of our educational consulting or mentoring services, you ("you," "your," or the "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.
1. Scope of Services
UniPage provides an online platform that allows Users to browse educational institutions (such as universities, colleges, and schools), explore academic programs, submit applications for admission, and access professional mentoring and educational consulting services.
While we use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of our services, information regarding universities, programs, pricing, and requirements is largely based on data provided by the institutions themselves or their official representatives. UniPage does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of this information and disclaims all liability for any errors, omissions, or sudden changes in university policies. The Site does not constitute a formal endorsement or guarantee of the quality, teaching level, or accreditation of any listed institution.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify UniPage of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. Payments, Fees, and Stripe Processing
Certain services offered by UniPage, including mentor consultations, application deposits, and full-support packages, require payment.
- Payment Processor: All payments made through the Site are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy. UniPage does not directly store or process your full credit card information.
- Accuracy of Details: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate and complete.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Payments are subject to our specific service agreements and cancellation policies provided at the time of purchase. UniPage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any application or service request at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment failures.
4. Taxes
All fees for UniPage services are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any and all sales, use, value-added (VAT), or other applicable taxes, duties, and assessments arising from your purchases on the Site, based on your local jurisdiction and applicable law.
5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use (unless you are an authorized university representative acting in your official capacity).
As a condition of your use of the Site, you strictly agree not to:
- Submit any false, speculative, or fraudulent applications or inquiries.
- Use the Site for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
- Access, monitor, or copy any content using robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means (e.g., content scraping or data harvesting).
- Bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Site, including robot exclusion headers.
- "Frame," "mirror," or embed any part of the Site into another website.
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any associated networks through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
- Engage in deceptive practices intended to manipulate organic search engine results (e.g., black-hat SEO techniques, spamdexing, or link farming).
6. User-Generated Content and Reviews
UniPage may invite you to submit reviews, testimonials, or other content regarding your educational experiences ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant UniPage a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and publicly display such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to your User Content and that its publication will not violate the rights of any third party. Furthermore, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you irrevocably waive any "moral rights" or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding your User Content. UniPage reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove User Content at its sole discretion without notice.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the compilation thereof—are the exclusive property of UniPage LLC, its licensors, or affiliated educational institutions, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
"UniPage" and the UniPage logo are trademarks of UniPage LLC. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or copyrighted materials in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
8. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
UniPage respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe in good faith that any content hosted on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing to copyright@unipage.net:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to enable us to locate it;
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, SOFTWARE, FUNCTIONS, MATERIALS, AND INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SITE, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, UNIPAGE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
UNIPAGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE SUCCESS OF ANY UNIVERSITY APPLICATION OR THE ISSUANCE OF ANY VISAS OR SCHOLARSHIPS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNIPAGE LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING UNIVERSITIES) ON THE SITE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL UNIPAGE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (100 USD USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO UNIPAGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UniPage LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the State of Wyoming. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
13. Modifications to the Terms
UniPage reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Site.
14. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, alongside any applicable Service Agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and UniPage LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
