University of Puerto Rico (UPR-RP) — public non-profit university. It is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As an active member of American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), OpenCourseWare Consortium (OCW), UPR-RP is participating in developing the academic environment.
The university was highly rated by the QS International Ranking of the best universities, and is in 1001 place in the world. Times Higher Education World University Ranking (THE), places the university in 1201 position in the world.
UPR-RP carries out research in several scientific areas.
