About ISTU
National Research Irkutsk State Technical University (ISTU) — public non-profit university. It is located in Irkutsk, Russia. As a part of International Association of Universities (IAU), International Association of University Presidents (IAUP), Internationale Gesselschaft für Ingenieur Pädagogik (IGIP), European Association for Architectural Education, International Association of Russian Language and Literature Professors (IARLLP), European Council for Business Education (ECBE), ISTU is actively building the academic environment in Russia.
