The academic calendar at ASPA is divided into two semesters. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. For local citizens, tuition fees at ASPA start from 11 USD. International students pay a minimum of 2,500 USD per year. The exact cost of programs and information on the availability of scholarships can be found on the website of the university.
Also, be prepared for additional expenses: accommodation, transportation, study materials, meals and personal expenses.

ASPA campus
The university campus is located in Barnaul. University students have access to the library. It contains a collection of scientific papers, textbooks and fiction. Thanks to international exchange programs at ASPA, students can communicate with representatives of different countries and nationalities and thus expand their own horizons. And, the university contributes to this by regularly holding joint events for local and foreign students.
