About NMU
Dnipro University of Technology (NMU) — public non-profit university. It is located in Dnipro, Ukraine. NMU is working together with Magna Charta Universitatum, Black sea universities network (BSUN), Euroasian Universities Association (EUA), Iternational Society for Engineering Education (IGIP), Iternational Society for Rock Mechanics (ISRM), International University of Resources (IUR), World Mining Congress (WMC).
NMU carries out research in several scientific areas.
The academic calendar at NMU is divided into two semesters, as in many other universities in Ukraine. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. Tuition fees at NMU for local citizens starts from 24 USD per year. For international students, the cost of study differs — from 2,500 USD. Thanks to financial support programs, students have the opportunity to fully or partially cover the cost of education. NMU has an urban campus, which provides students with many options for study and recreation. The abundance of museums, theaters and cinemas creates opportunities for the cultural development of young people. In the city, there are also large companies that offer internships. The university has a library where students can do their homework, write scientific papers or just read interesting books. Thanks to international exchange programs at NMU, students can communicate with representatives of different countries and nationalities and thus expand their own horizons.
