Bachelor degree at TUM
Schooling in Germany lasts longer than in other countries. Therefore, it is impossible to enter a university immediately after the 11th grade — first, you need to eliminate the academic difference. There are special educational institutions for foreign students — Studienkollegs.
TUM campus
The campus of TUM is located in Munich. This is a fairly large city that opens up many opportunities for students: from cafes, restaurants and other entertainment to internships at large companies. But an urban campus can also be a disadvantage, because big city life distracts some students from their studies. During the period of study, students can use the university library, where they can do homework and write scientific papers. TUM accepts students for international exchange programs. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in intercultural communication for both international and local students.

What to do after graduation
It is possible to stay in Germany for an additional 18 months after graduation. To do this, you need to apply for a graduate visa, which allows you to work without providing an offer from an employer. TUM graduates find jobs quickly, partly because the university has a good reputation among employers according to the QS World University Rankings. You can find other options for immigration in our article.
