University of Basrah (UOB) — public non-profit university. It is located in Basrah, Iraq. It is a modern higher education institution, established in 1964. As a part of Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW), Arab union of higher education, UOB is actively building the academic environment in Iraq.
