Tashkent University of Information Technologies (TATU) — public non-profit university. It is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. TATU is working closely with IEEE, ACM, TEMPUS, ERASMUS MUNDUS.
TATU is developing different scientific directions and invites students to join the research.

As in many other universities in the country, the academic calendar at TATU is divided into two semesters. But for convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. The tuition fee at TATU for foreigners depends on the program. Students pay a minimum of 5,000 USD per year. The university has several financial aid programs that help students cover part of the cost of education. For up-to-date information on scholarships and the cost of education for each program, check the official website of the educational institution.
Also, be prepared for additional expenses: accommodation, transportation, study materials, meals and personal expenses.
Admission to the bachelor's programs is based on the results of entrance examinations.

The campus of TATU is urban. This means that students study closely to the sights and the entire recreational infrastructure of the city. This type of campus gives students more options for internships and part-time jobs. Students have access to the extensive scientific library of the university. The collection of scientific papers helps them in conducting research. Student life at TATU is filled with intercultural activities, as not only local students study here, but also students from abroad. The exchange of knowledge and experience, networking and new acquaintances — all this is an integral part of studenthood.
There are several options to stay in the country after graduation. One of them is to get an offer from an employer and apply for a work visa. Read more about this on the embassy website. We talk about other options for immigration in our article.
