The academic calendar at NU is divided into two semesters, as in many other universities in Uganda. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. Tuition fees at NU are different for locals and foreigners. Uganda citizens pay 1 USD per year, while international students pay a minimum of 1,000 USD. Thanks to financial support programs, students have the opportunity to fully or partially cover the cost of education.
