About ÉTS
École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) — public non-profit institution. It is located in Montreal, Canada. The higher education institution was founded not so long ago — in 1974 — which is why it is considered one of the youngest in the country. As a part of Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC), Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE), Canadian University Press (CUP), ÉTS is actively building the academic environment in Canada.
ÉTS is developing different scientific directions and invites students to join the research.

ÉTS tuition fees
The academic year at ÉTS is divided into trimesters. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. Tuition fees at ÉTS are different for locals and foreigners. Canada citizens pay 1,860 USD per year, while international students pay a minimum of 7,500 USD. With the help of financial support programs, students can partially or fully cover the cost of education. The cost of education and the availability of scholarships can be checked on the official website.
When choosing an educational institution, it is necessary to take into account additional costs: accommodation, transportation, educational materials, meals and personal expenses.
ÉTS campus
The campus of the educational institution is located in Montreal. This opens up all the delights of life in a big city for students: a rich infrastructure, a large selection of entertainment, convenient transport, as well as more opportunities for internships or part-time jobs. However, for some students, such an abundance of opportunities can be distracting. The school has a library where students can do their homework or just relax. Thanks to international exchange programs at ÉTS, students can communicate with representatives of different countries and nationalities and thus expand their own horizons. And, the university contributes to this by regularly holding joint events for local and foreign students.

What to do after graduation
After graduation, you can stay in Canada for a period of 1 to 3 years. To do this, the graduate draws up a special visa, which allows one to work even without an official offer from an employer. We talk about other options for immigration in our article.
