Overview The mission of the Khazar University Graduate School is to promote the highest quality of graduate education and to ensure that all Khazar University graduate students, regardless of ethnicity, gender, or other personal characteristics, are afforded the opportunity to achieve their full potential as future scholars and professionals. Enrollment Trends Khazar University enrolled 242 graduate/postgraduate students in fall 2012.The ratio of women and men generally has stayed within the range of 57:43.
