Baku Slavic University (BSU) — public non-profit university. It is located in Baku, Azerbaijan. The higher education institution is considered one of the youngest in the country, as it was founded in 2000. As a part of Magna Charta Universitatum, Black Sea Universities Network, The International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (MAPRYAL, The Board of the Education and Methodic Council of the Higher Education Institutions of the Russian Federation on “, Area Studies”, and “, International Relations”, CIS Network University, BSU is actively building the academic environment in Azerbaijan.
