International University of Sarajevo (IUS) — private non-profit university. It is located in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The higher education institution was founded not so long ago — in 2004 — which is why it is considered one of the youngest in the country.
At IUS, you can get a bachelor and master degree in different fields of study.

The academic calendar at IUS is divided into two semesters, as in many other universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. Tuition fees at IUS for local citizens starts from 2,898 USD per year. For international students, the cost of study differs — from 3,389 USD. The university provides tuition assistance to some students through financial aid programs. They are available to both locals and foreigners. Check the university website for up-to-date information on tuition fees and available scholarships.
In addition to the cost of education, it is necessary to pay attention to additional costs: accommodation, transportation, study materials, meals and personal expenses.

Before submitting documents to the university, applicants take an English language exam. The university accepts the results of IELTS or TOEFL. The minimum IELTS score is 5. The TOEFL score is not lower than 70.
In order to enroll at IUS for a master's program, you will have to confirm knowledge of the English language. You can do this by passing the exam — IELTS or TOEFL. The minimum IELTS score for admission is 6. TOEFL — 75 or higher.
The campus of IUS is urban. This means that students study closely to the sights and the entire recreational infrastructure of the city. This type of campus gives students more options for internships and part-time jobs. The university has a library, in the collection of which you will find not only textbooks and scientific works, but also works of the classics, modern literature and much more. The exchange of intercultural experience occupies a special place in training at IUS. The educational institution regularly invites foreign students to participate in exchange programs and organizes various joint events.
