About ULH
University of Le Havre (ULH) — public non-profit institution. It is located in Le Havre, France. The higher education institution was founded not so long ago — in 1984 — which is why it is considered one of the youngest in the country. ULH is an active member of European University Association (EUA), Global U8 Consortium (GU8).
