HfG tuition fees

The academic calendar at HfG is divided into two semesters, as in many other universities in Germany. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. At all public universities in Germany, tuition is free. Students pay only a semester fee, which is about 1,000 USD per year. For up-to-date information on scholarships and the cost of education for each program, check the official website of the educational institution.

Also, consider other expenses: accommodation, transportation, study materials, meals, and personal expenses.

Bachelor degree at HfG

Schooling in Germany lasts longer than in other countries. Therefore, it is impossible to enter a university immediately after the 11th grade — first, you need to eliminate the academic difference. There are special educational institutions for foreign students — Studienkollegs. Only students who successfully pass the entrance exams are admitted to bachelor's programs.

HfG campus

The campus of HfG is located in Offenbach. The urban campus is suitable for those students who, firstly, are used to independence, and secondly, cannot imagine their life without the hustle and bustle of a big metropolis.

The educational institution has its own library. Here, students do their homework or just have a good time reading an interesting book. The educational institution provides students with everything for playing sports: from athletic grounds to various clubs. HfG accepts students for international exchange programs. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in intercultural communication for both international and local students.
