Bachelor degree at FHW
You cannot enter a German university after the 11th grade, because schooling there lasts longer than 11 years. First, you need to eliminate the academic difference. To do this, foreign students go through a preparatory year in special educational institutions — Studienkollegs.
FHW campus
The campus of FHW is located in Heide. This is a fairly large city that opens up many opportunities for students: from cafes, restaurants and other entertainment to internships at large companies. But an urban campus can also be a disadvantage, because big city life distracts some students from their studies.
The university has a library, in the collection of which you will find not only textbooks and scientific works, but also works of the classics, modern literature and much more. The infrastructure of the university includes various opportunities for playing sports: from different spaces to clubs. FHW regularly accepts students for international exchange programs, providing both local and international students with the opportunity to come into contact with different cultures and gain unique experience.
