Petroleum and Gas University of Ploiesti (UPG) — public non-profit university. It is located in Ploiesti, Romania. As an active member of AUF (Association des Universites Francophones), BSUN (Black Sea Universities Network), UPG is participating in developing the academic environment.

The campus of UPG is located in Ploiesti.
