The academic year at UVM is continuous, which means that students have no break between courses. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. At UVM, you can study for free, but only if you are a local citizen or a European Union resident. For other international students, there are free Slovakian programs. For admission to a bachelor's program, you must successfully pass the entrance exams. Before applying to the university, you need to pass an exam for knowledge of the English language.
