Sharda University (SU) — private non-profit university. It is located in Greater Noida, India. It is a modern higher education institution, established in 2009. SU is working closely with Association of Commonwealth Universities, AICTE, DCI, Council of Architecture (CA), Bar Council of India (BCI).

The academic calendar at SU is divided into two semesters, as in many other universities in India. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year.
