Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran branch (IAUCTB) — private non-profit university. It is located in Tehran, Iran. The higher education institution was founded not so long ago — in 1982.
IAUCTB is developing different scientific directions and invites students to join the research.

As in many other universities in the country, the academic calendar at IAUCTB is divided into two semesters. But for convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. The tuition fee at IAUCTB for foreigners depends on the program. Students pay a minimum of 1,000 USD per year. The university provides tuition assistance to some students through financial aid programs. They are available to both locals and foreigners. The cost of education and the availability of scholarships can be checked on the official website.
When choosing an educational institution, it is important to be aware of additional costs: accommodation, transportation, study materials, meals and personal expenses.
For admission to a bachelor's program, you must successfully pass the entrance exams.

The campus of the educational institution is suburban. The advantages of such a location include the ability to quickly get to the city, access to various types of recreation (in nature and in the city) and a close-knit student community. University students have access to the library. It contains a collection of scientific papers, textbooks and fiction. Thanks to international exchange programs at IAUCTB, students can communicate with representatives of different countries and nationalities and thus expand their own horizons. And, the university contributes to this by regularly holding joint events for local and foreign students.
There are several options to stay in the country after graduation. One of them is to get an offer from an employer and apply for a work visa. Read more about this on the embassy website. Look for more immigration options in our article.
