Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering Science & Technology (QUEST) — public non-profit university. It is located in Nawabshah, Pakistan. The higher education institution is considered one of the youngest in the country, as it was founded in 1974. As a member of Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), QUEST is actively working on developing the academic environment.
QUEST carries out research in several scientific areas.

At QUEST, the academic calendar is divided into two semesters. However, tuition fees are calculated per year. One year of studying at QUEST will cost local citizens a minimum of 4 USD. For foreigners, the tuition fee is different — from 1,000 USD per year. For up-to-date information on scholarships and the cost of education for each program, check the official website of the educational institution.
It is necessary to pay attention to other costs: accommodation, transportation, study materials, food, and personal expenses.
The educational institution has a suburban campus. This means that students study close to a big city and can quickly get to it by public transport. At the same time, this location allows you to create a close-knit student community, since all events are held on campus. University students have access to the library. It contains a collection of scientific papers, textbooks and fiction. The exchange of intercultural experience occupies a special place in training at QUEST. The educational institution regularly invites foreign students to participate in exchange programs and organizes various joint events.

There are several options to stay in the country after graduation. One of them is to get an offer from an employer and apply for a work visa. Read more about this on the embassy website. You can find other options for immigration in our article.
