Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM) — public non-profit university. It is located in Maputo, Mozambique. It is a young higher education institution, as it was opened in 1962. UEM is an active member of Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Association of African Universities (AAU), Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW).
