About IDBA
Departmental Institute of Fine Arts (IDBA) — public non-profit institution. It is located in Cali, Colombia. IDBA is a member of Asociacion Colombiana de Facultades de Artes (ACOFARTES), Asociacion Colombiana de Facultades de Educacion (ASCOFADE).
