You cannot enter university in Italy after the 11th grade, as school education here lasts longer. Applicants need to eliminate the academic difference. There are two ways to do this: either study for a year at a university in your home country, or complete one of the preparatory programs (A-Levels, IB, Foundation, etc.).
What to do after graduation
After graduation in Italy, you can stay for a period of 6 months to a year. To do this, you need a job seeker visa. Only graduates of master's or doctoral programs can get it. Look for more immigration options in our article.
