Bachelor degree at POLIMI
11 years of school is not enough to get into POLIMI. Since students study longer in Italy, you must first eliminate the academic difference — study for a year at a university in your home country, or take one of the preparatory programs (A-Levels, IB, Foundation, etc.). Students are accepted to bachelor's programs at POLIMI based on the results of entrance exams. Before applying to the university, you need to pass an exam for knowledge of the English language. The university accepts the results of IELTS or TOEFL.
Master's degree at POLIMI
When considering candidates for master's programs, the admission committee of the university pays attention to the student's academic performance during the undergraduate program. To confirm your level of English, you must pass IELTS or TOEFL.
POLIMI campus
The campus of the educational institution is located in Milan. This opens up all the delights of life in a big city for students: a rich infrastructure, a large selection of entertainment, convenient transport, as well as more opportunities for internships or part-time jobs. However, for some students, such an abundance of opportunities can be distracting. There is a library on the grounds of the university. There are collected scientific works of graduates and teachers of the university, as well as fiction. Foreigners who come to POLIMI through exchange programs study and live with local students. Thus, the university promotes intercultural exchange and the establishment of interethnic relations.
