University of Economics and Law (BSEL) — public non-profit institution. It is located in Berlin, Germany. It is one of the youngest higher education institutions in the country.
BSEL does research in different fields of study and offers bachelor and master programs.

As in many other universities in the country, the academic calendar at BSEL is divided into two semesters. But for convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. At all public universities in Germany, tuition is free. Students pay only a semester fee, which is about 17,894 USD per year. Check the university website for up-to-date information on prices and scholarships.
Also, be prepared for additional expenses: accommodation, transportation, study materials, meals and personal expenses.

Schooling in Germany lasts longer than in other countries. Therefore, it is impossible to enter a university immediately after the 11th grade — first, you need to eliminate the academic difference. There are special educational institutions for foreign students — Studienkollegs. Before submitting documents to the university, applicants take an English language exam. The university accepts the results of IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. The minimum IELTS score is 5. The TOEFL score is not lower than 72.
To confirm your level of English, you must pass IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. The minimum IELTS score for admission is 6. TOEFL — 79 or higher.
The campus of BSEL is located in Berlin. This is a fairly large city that opens up many opportunities for students: from cafes, restaurants and other entertainment to internships at large companies. But an urban campus can also be a disadvantage, because big city life distracts some students from their studies. University students have access to the library. It contains a collection of scientific papers, textbooks and fiction. Thanks to international exchange programs at BSEL, students can communicate with representatives of different countries and nationalities and thus expand their own horizons. And, the university contributes to this by regularly holding joint events for local and foreign students.
