Jean Monnet Free Mediterranean University (LUM) — private for-profit institution. It is located in Casamassima, Italy. It is one of the youngest higher education institutions in the country.
LUM works in several scientific areas and is waiting for new students.

At LUM, the academic calendar is divided into two semesters. However, tuition fees are calculated per year. For locals, the tuition fee for one academic year starts from 8,475 USD. With the help of financial support programs, students can partially or fully cover the cost of education. On the official website of the university, you can find all the up-to-date information on tuition fees and available scholarships.
When choosing an educational institution, it is important to be aware of additional costs: accommodation, transportation, study materials, meals and personal expenses.
11 years of school is not enough to get into LUM. Since students study longer in Italy, you must first eliminate the academic difference — study for a year at a university in your home country, or take one of the preparatory programs (A-Levels, Foundation, etc.).

The university campus is located in Casamassima. The university has a functioning library. In addition to educational materials in various scientific areas, it contains a collection of classical and contemporary literature. Thanks to international exchange programs at LUM, students can communicate with representatives of different countries and nationalities and thus expand their own horizons. And, the university contributes to this by regularly holding joint events for local and foreign students.
After graduation in Italy, you can stay for a period of 6 months to a year. To do this, you need a job seeker visa. Only graduates of master's or doctoral programs can get it. We talk about other options for immigration in our article.
