About LMA
Latvian Maritime Academy (LMA) — public non-profit institution. It is located in Riga, Latvia. It is a young higher education institution, as it was opened in 1993.
LMA is developing different scientific directions and invites students to join the research.
The academic calendar at LMA is divided into two semesters, as in many other universities in Latvia. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. Tuition fees at LMA for local citizens starts from 1,067 USD per year. For international students, the cost of study differs — from 1,000 USD.
