Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu (ULBS) — public non-profit university. It is located in Sibiu, Romania. It is one of the youngest higher education institutions in the country. As a member of European University Association (EUA), The Career Advisory Service (C.A.S.), The University Business Association (U.B.A.), The International Centre (I.C.), C.R.E., The Alliance of Universities for Democracy (A.U.D.E.M.), The International Association of University Presidents (I.A.U.P.), University Network of the European Capitals of Culture (UneECC), ULBS is actively working on developing the academic environment.
