SOAS, University of London, is an exceptionally cosmopolitan and vibrant university, based in the heart of one of the world’s most exciting and ethnically diverse cities. The School specialises in the study of Asia, Africa and the Middle East, and offers a wide range of Research and taught Masters programmes in the following faculties; Law and Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities and Languages and Cultures. With more than 5,000 students from all around the world on campus, SOAS makes for a fascinatingly diverse, lively and close-knit community. Our students represent more than 140 nationalities, and all have an intellectual interest in the international issues in which SOAS specialises. You can learn as much outside the classroom as you can inside it. Currently more than 350 academic staff are dedicated to teaching and research at the School, and many are world-class experts in their fields, advising governments and policy-makers around the globe.
