About AAU
Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU) — private for-profit university. It is located in Amman, Jordan. The higher education institution was founded not so long ago — in 1989 — which is why it is considered one of the youngest in the country. AAU is working together with Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW).
The university is ranked number 801 in QS World University Rankings 2024.
AAU does research in different fields of study and offers bachelor and master programs.
As in many other universities in the country, the academic calendar at AAU is divided into two semesters. But for convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. AAU campus
The campus of the educational institution is suburban. It combines the features of a rural and urban campus. Students live separately from the city and create a close-knit community.
