University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) — public non-profit university. It is located in Abbotsford, Canada. It is one of the youngest higher education institutions in the country. As a member of Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC), Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE), Canadian University Press (CUP), UFV is actively working on developing the academic environment.

The academic calendar at UFV is divided into two semesters. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. Tuition fees at UFV for local citizens starts from 2,964 USD per year. Enrollment in undergraduate programs is based on the results of entrance examinations. Also, your GPA must be at least 2. Before submitting documents to the university, applicants take an English language exam. The university accepts the results of IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. The minimum TOEFL score is 80. The IELTS score is not lower than 6. At UFV,you can also get a bachelor's degree remotely.
The admission committee of the university takes into account the previous academic performance of the student. In order to enroll at UFV for a master's program, you will have to confirm knowledge of the English language. You can do this by passing the exam — IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. The minimum IELTS score for admission is 6.5. TOEFL — 88 or higher.
The suburban campus of UFV combines features of an urban and rural campus. It is located outside the big city, which allows you to focus on your studies. However, it is also not too far, opening up access to more types of recreation, both outdoors and in the city (theaters, museums, restaurants). University students have access to the library. It contains a collection of scientific papers, textbooks and fiction.
