About NTU
National Taiwan University (NTU) — public for-profit university. It is located in Taipei, Taiwan. As a member of Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU), Association of Southeast Asian Institutions of Higher Learning (ASAIHL), Taiwan University System (TUS), NTU is actively working on developing the academic environment.
QS World University Rankings collects data on the best institutions in the world, according to which NTU is on top-70. This is one of the best universities in the world. Judged by 13 aspects of Times Higher Education World University Ranking (THE), it conquered 152 place among top institutions.

As in many other universities in the country, the academic calendar at NTU is divided into two semesters. But for convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. Tuition fees here are different for locals and foreigners. For locals, it starts from 307 USD, and for foreigners — a minimum of 1,776 USD. The admission committee of the university takes into account the previous academic performance of the student.
