Bachelor degree at UA
It is not possible to enter an undergraduate program at UA after the 11th grade. In United Kingdom, school education lasts longer than 11 years, so applicants need to complete one of the preparatory programs (A-Levels, IB, Foundation, etc.), or study for a year at a university in their home country. Your GPA must be at least 2.1 for undergraduate admission. Before submitting documents to the university, applicants take an English language exam. The university accepts the results of IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. The minimum IELTS score is 5.5. The TOEFL score is not lower than 78. UA also provides online undergraduate programs.
Master's degree at UA
The admission committee of the university takes into account the previous academic performance of the student. It is impossible to enter UA for a master's program without confirming knowledge of the English language. You can do this by passing IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. The minimum IELTS score for admission is 6.5. TOEFL — 90 or higher. There is an opportunity for admission to online master's programs at UA.
UA campus
The campus of UA is located in Aberdeen. This is a fairly large city that opens up many opportunities for students: from cafes, restaurants and other entertainment to internships at large companies. But an urban campus can also be a disadvantage, because big city life distracts some students from their studies. Students have access to the extensive scientific library of the university. The collection of scientific papers helps them in conducting research. The exchange of intercultural experience occupies a special place in training at UA. The educational institution regularly invites foreign students to participate in exchange programs and organizes various joint events.

What to do after graduation
After graduation from the university, students can stay in the country for 1 year. To do this, you need to extend your student visa or apply for a job seeker visa. We talk about other options for immigration in our article.
