Bachelor degree at AU
In United Kingdom, school education lasts longer than 11 years, so it is not possible to enroll in a bachelor's program immediately after school. First, you need to eliminate the academic difference with the help of one of the preparatory programs (A-Levels, IB, Foundation, etc.). The second option is to study for a year at a university in your native country. Before submitting documents to the university, applicants take an English language exam. The university accepts the results of IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. The minimum TOEFL score is 88. The IELTS score is not lower than 4.5. A subject exam is required. The university relies on the A-Level or SAT results. Additionally, upon admission, an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma can be accepted. AU also provides online undergraduate programs.
Master's degree at AU
The academic performance of a student in an undergraduate program plays an important role in the selection of candidates. It is impossible to enter AU for a master's program without confirming knowledge of the English language. You can do this by passing IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. The minimum IELTS score for admission is 6. TOEFL — 88 or higher. AU provides an opportunity to get a master's degree remotely.
Doctorate degree at AU
If you are applying for a doctoral program, you must pass the language exam — IELTS, PTE, TOEFL or CAE. For enrollment, you need to pass TOEFL with 88 points. The minimum score for IELTS is 6.5.
AU campus
The suburban campus of AU combines features of an urban and rural campus. It is located outside the big city, which allows you to focus on your studies. However, it is also not too far, opening up access to more types of recreation, both outdoors and in the city (theaters, museums, restaurants). University students have access to the library. It contains a collection of scientific papers, textbooks and fiction. AU accepts students for international exchange programs. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in intercultural communication for both international and local students.

What to do after graduation
After graduation, you can stay in United Kingdom for another year. You can do this by extending your student visa or applying for a job search visa. We talk about other options for immigration in our article.
