I (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), acting freely, of my own free will, and in my own interest, hereby provide UniPage, LLC, a company registered under the laws of the United States (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), my express written consent to use my contact information to receive informational, marketing, and promotional materials.

1. Methods and Channels of Communication

I agree to receive promotional and informational messages from the Company via the following methods:

• SMS/Text Messages: By replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any received text message from the Company.
• Phone Calls: By verbally informing a Company representative during a call of my desire to be placed on the Company's internal "Do Not Call" list, or by submitting a written request to privacy@unipage.net.

5. Term and Data Retention

This consent becomes effective immediately upon my execution of conclusive actions on the website (e.g., submitting an application form or checking a consent box) and remains in effect indefinitely until formally revoked by me. The Company retains electronic logs (including IP addresses, timestamps, and web form data) as proof of consent.
