UGent tuition fees
At UGent, the academic calendar is divided into two semesters. However, tuition fees are calculated per year. One year of studying at UGent will cost local citizens a minimum of 260 USD. For foreigners, the tuition fee is different — from 1,007 USD per year. The university provides tuition assistance to some students through financial aid programs. Bachelor degree at UGent
Before submitting documents to the university, applicants take an English language exam. The university accepts the results of IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. The minimum IELTS score is 6.5. The TOEFL score is not lower than 79.
Master's degree at UGent
It is impossible to enter UGent for a master's program without confirming knowledge of the English language. You can do this by passing IELTS or TOEFL. The minimum IELTS score for admission is 5.5. TOEFL — 72 or higher.
UGent campus
UGent has an urban campus, which provides students with many options for study and recreation. The abundance of museums, theaters and cinemas creates opportunities for the cultural development of young people. In the city, there are also large companies that offer internships. The university has a library, in the collection of which you will find not only textbooks and scientific works, but also works of the classics, modern literature and much more. Thanks to international exchange programs at UGent, students can communicate with representatives of different countries and nationalities and thus expand their own horizons. And, the university contributes to this by regularly holding joint events for local and foreign students.

What to do after graduation
After graduation, you can stay in Belgium for another year. You can do this by extending your student visa or applying for a job search visa. Graduates of UGent are in demand in the labor market, as the reputation of the educational institution among employers is quite high according to the results of the QS world ranking.
