About NMBU
Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) — public non-profit university. It is located in As, Norway. NMBU is working closely with European University Association (EUA).

You cannot enter university in Norway after the 11th grade, as school education here lasts longer. Applicants need to eliminate the academic difference. There are two ways to do this: either study for a year at a university in your home country, or complete one of the preparatory programs (A-Levels, IB, Foundation, etc.).
The campus of the educational institution is located in the countryside, so it is especially suitable for nature lovers. Since it is located away from the city, students hold all activities on campus and thus create a close-knit community. The advantages of this location include access to various types of outdoor recreation and fewer distractions from study than in a city. University students have access to the library. It contains a collection of scientific papers, textbooks and fiction. Foreigners who come to NMBU through exchange programs study and live with local students. Thus, the university promotes intercultural exchange and the establishment of interethnic relations.
