About UO
University of Opole (UO) — public non-profit university. It is located in Opole, Poland. It is one of the youngest higher education institutions in the country. UO is a part of International Federation of Catholic Universities (IFCU).
UO offers bachelor and master programs in different fields of study.
At UO, the academic calendar is divided into two semesters. However, tuition fees are calculated per year. UO offers free programs in the Polish language (B2 level and higher). UO has an urban campus, which provides students with many options for study and recreation. The abundance of museums, theaters and cinemas creates opportunities for the cultural development of young people. In the city, there are also large companies that offer internships. The school has a library where students can do their homework or just relax. Thanks to international exchange programs at UO, students can communicate with representatives of different countries and nationalities and thus expand their own horizons. And, the university contributes to this by regularly holding joint events for local and foreign students.
