Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra (IPC) — public non-profit institution. It is located in Coimbra, Portugal. The higher education institution was founded not so long ago — in 1979. IPC is working together with Conselho Coordenador dos Institutos Superiores Politécnicos (CCISP), Pólo Universitário Transfronteiriço de Castilla y Leon e da Região Centro de Portugal, PRIME (Professional Inter-University Management for Educational Network), European University Association (EUA), Associação de Universidades de Língua Portuguesa (AULP), Associação Politécnica, Exploratório Infante D.
