University of the Basque Country (UPV) — public non-profit university. It is located in Leioa, Spain. The higher education institution is considered one of the youngest in the country, as it was founded in 1980. As a part of European University Association (EUA), OpenCourseWare Consortium (OCW), UPV is actively building the academic environment in Spain.
