Károly Róbert College KRF (KRF) — public non-profit college. It is located in Heves, Hungary. The higher education institution was founded not so long ago — in 1962 — which is why it is considered one of the youngest in the country.
KRF conducts research in many fields of study. For more information, visit the official site.

As in many other universities in the country, the academic calendar at KRF is divided into two semesters. But for convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. Tuition fees at KRF are different for locals and foreigners. Hungary citizens pay 3 USD per year, while international students pay a minimum of 1,000 USD. Thanks to financial support programs, students have the opportunity to fully or partially cover the cost of education. Check the university website for up-to-date information on tuition fees and available scholarships.
When choosing an educational institution, it is necessary to take into account additional costs: accommodation, transportation, educational materials, meals and personal expenses.
The campus of the educational institution is located in Heves. This opens up all the delights of life in a big city for students: a rich infrastructure, a large selection of entertainment, convenient transport, as well as more opportunities for internships or part-time jobs. However, for some students, such an abundance of opportunities can be distracting. University students have access to the library. It contains a collection of scientific papers, textbooks and fiction. Foreigners who come to KRF through exchange programs study and live with local students. Thus, the university promotes intercultural exchange and the establishment of interethnic relations.

After graduation, you can stay in Hungary for up to 9 months by applying for a job seeker visa. This must be done before the student visa expires. You can find other options for immigration in our article.
