The University College in Southeast Norway (HSN) — public non-profit college. It is located in Porsgrunn, Norway. It is one of the youngest higher education institutions in the country.

As in many other universities in the country, the academic calendar at HSN is divided into two semesters. But for convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. In Norway, school education lasts longer than 11 years, so it is not possible to enroll in a bachelor's program immediately after school. First, you need to eliminate the academic difference with the help of one of the preparatory programs (A-Levels, Foundation, etc.). The second option is to study for a year at a university in your native country.
