The academic calendar at MUS is divided into two semesters. For convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. MUS offers free programs in the Polish language (B2 level and higher). Before applying to the university, you need to pass an exam for knowledge of the English language. The university accepts the results of IELTS or TOEFL. The minimum TOEFL score is 87. The IELTS score is not lower than 5.5.

The city campus of MUS provides students with countless opportunities for work and recreation — from sitting in a coffee shop with a laptop to internships at large companies. Szczecin has a well developed entertainment infrastructure, but the rhythm of the big city can be distracting for some students. The university has a functioning library. In addition to educational materials in various scientific areas, it contains a collection of classical and contemporary literature. Thanks to international exchange programs at MUS, students can communicate with representatives of different countries and nationalities and thus expand their own horizons. And, the university contributes to this by regularly holding joint events for local and foreign students.
