Bachelor degree at UNSW

11 years of school is not enough to get into UNSW. Since students study longer in Australia, you must first eliminate the academic difference — study for a year at a university in your home country, or take one of the preparatory programs (A-Levels, Foundation, etc.). Before submitting documents to the university, applicants take an English language exam. The university accepts the results of IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. Applicants will need a subject exam — A-Level or SAT.

Master's degree at UNSW

In order to enroll at UNSW for a master's program, you will have to confirm knowledge of the English language. You can do this by passing the exam — IELTS, PTE or TOEFL.

UNSW campus

The campus of the educational institution is suburban. The advantages of such a location include the ability to quickly get to the city, access to various types of recreation (in nature and in the city) and a close-knit student community. The educational institution has its own library. Here, students do their homework or just have a good time reading an interesting book. Foreigners who come to UNSW through exchange programs study and live with local students. Thus, the university promotes intercultural exchange and the establishment of interethnic relations.

What to do after graduation

In Australia, you can stay for a period of 1.5 to 4 years after graduation. To do this, you must obtain a graduate visa — it allows you to work in the country without changing your visa to a work one. Graduates of UNSW find jobs without difficulty. One of the reasons is the good reputation of the university among employers, according to the results of the QS ranking. Look for more immigration options in our article.
