About AAU
Aalborg University (AAU) — public non-profit university. It is located in Aalborg, Denmark. The higher education institution was founded not so long ago — in 1974 — which is why it is considered one of the youngest in the country. As an active member of European University Association (EUA), Conference of European Schools for Advanced Engineering Education and Research (CESAER), European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU), AAU is participating in developing the academic environment.

AAU tuition fees
As in many other universities in the country, the academic calendar at AAU is divided into two semesters. But for convenience, tuition fees are calculated per year. At public Danish universities, local citizens and EU residents can study for free. For foreigners, tuition is free only for Danish programs (B2 level). Bachelor degree at AAU
You can apply for an undergraduate degree at AAU if you have a good academic record. Before submitting documents to the university, applicants take an English language exam. The university accepts the results of IELTS or TOEFL. The IB diploma is accepted upon admission.
Master's degree at AAU
When considering candidates for master's programs, the admission committee of the university pays attention to the student's academic performance during the undergraduate program. In order to enroll at AAU for a master's program, you will have to confirm knowledge of the English language. You can do this by passing the exam — IELTS or TOEFL.
